6th Grade Math
There will be a Chapter 4 Test on Wednesday, January 28, 2009. The students received a study packet on Thursday as well as a review worksheet on Monday to help them study for the test.

Each student will be assigned a letter of the alphabet and will create a one-page report on a math-related topic that begins with that letter.
This project will be completed during the third trimester.
Math Olympaid
The sixth grade participates in the Math Olympiad. This is a contest which focuses on using problem solving skills to solve a variety of interesting problems. The remaining Math Olympiad contests for the 2008-2009 school year will be given on the following dates:
